Cancellation Policy

ALL THE ABOVE PET GROOMING SALON Your Pet, Our Passion SERVICE AGREEMENT Thank you for choosing All The Above Pet Grooming Salon for your pet's grooming needs! We are committed to providing a safe, stress-free, and high-quality grooming experience. Please read and sign the following agreement before your first appointment. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows 24-hour notice required for cancellations/reschedules; last-minute cancellations incur 50% of service fee. No-shows must prepay 100% of the service fee for future bookings. Two no-shows may result in service termination. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule as needed. Client Initials: ______ 2. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policies Arrive no more than 10 minutes early. Pick up within 1 hour of notification. A $25 daycare fee applies after 1 hour. Late pickups after 5:30 PM incur $1 per minute. Client Initials: ______ 3. Matting & Shave-Down Consent Severe matting may require a complete shave-down, which may cause nicks, irritation, or coat texture changes. If you request a shave-down, sign below acknowledging the risks.  Shave-Down Consent: I understand the risks and consent to this grooming process. Client Initials: ______ 4. Grooming Services & Pet Safety Nail trims, ear cleaning, and gland expression included when tolerated. Teeth brushing is a $10 add-on, not a substitute for dental care. Elderly or special-needs pets are groomed at owners' risk. If a pet becomes overly stressed or aggressive, services may be stopped but full payment is still required. Client Initials: ______ 5. Health & Vaccination Requirements Pets must be up to date on vaccinations unless discussed. Puppies must be 10+ weeks old with at least two sets of vaccines. We are not responsible for illnesses due to incomplete vaccinations. Client Initials: ______ 6. Emergency Medical Care If a medical emergency occurs, we will attempt to contact you. If unavailable, you authorize us to seek veterinary care at your expense. Client Initials: ______ 7. Payment & Scheduling Payment due at pick-up (cash or Venmo: @alltheabove).
